October 26, 2011

On Oct. 26th the region 7 OT forum presented a free CEU program at NOVA. Dr. Badia presented a lecture on Management of Common Hand and Upper Extremity Problems In the Office. It was a huge success and attended by 100 therapists. Dr. Badia presented good information about treatment of hand injuries and did so with some good humor interesting stories to keep us all alert. At the end we had a panel of therapist and Dr. Badia to answer some questions prepared by the attendees. Our panelist were Heidi Lipshutz, Robin Miller, Lauren Lancaster, Ashley Dallal, Jacqueline Reese Walter and Sonia Rubio-Yates. NOVA did a great job of organizing some vendors to show off their wears prior to and during the event and they also provide some snacks to keep us refreshed at that dinner hour of the meeting.
